Massaging and applying directed pressure to these points, found on the feet and ankles, promotes relaxation, encourages healing and can help restore and maintain your body’s natural healthy equilibrium.

Laura has received specific training in all aspects of fertility and maternity Reflexology and has been successfully practicing it for over five years.
Laura is a Member of the Association of Reflexologists and is a Mobile Therapist in London, zones 1-3.
